A trusted advisor to the Head of IT as well the Director of US Operations, Alexander was appointed to lead the software development team on key programs in the US office. Alexander continued to perform the managerial duties associated with his previous role,
while also continuing to improve the processes and protocols of his development team.
Alexander was a key contributor to the expansion and integration of the India development team into the business unit. In Alexander's tenure, developers grew and improved in their ability to deliver high-quality products within budget and timelines.
Strategic IT objectives were led by Alexander, targeting key clients of interest in the Greater New York City area. Alexander was able to strengthen partnership with clients by providing quality support within a tight timeline.
Technology new to the business unit was successfully structured into IT solutioning models by Alexander. Delivery across a number of platforms were executed including Episerver CMS, ASP.NET, Sitefinity, Sitecore, and Salesforce.

Planned, designed, and developed the full stack for an in-house business management SaaS solutions (full ASP.NET MVC5 stack with MSSQL DB hosted on-site).
Designed and implemented bots for a client for comprehensively engaging financial leads through automated phone and email marketing (C#).

Designed, developed and maintained the utilities for managing the aforementioned HSM system (C++/C/C#).
Designed a proof of concept of the kernel mode driver (C).

Designed and implemented a file system creation tool, the role of which was to create windows symlinks based on txt input (C++/C).
Created a sparsing tool that could clear the data of a file and replace it with a symlink from the command prompt on demand (C++/C).

Developed an array of micro-services that communicated with each other with the ultimate goal of pulling files from the old server onto the new server, so that doctors could have access to medical records (C#, WCF, WWF).
